I started walking on my treadmill first thing in the morning. Why have the thing and not use it, huh? So now first thing, 20 minutes, than what ever I can get away with throughout the day and another 30 minutes before I settle on the couch at night for reading. That gives me at least 50 minutes a day and one should think it will make a difference. We'll see.
Dr. appointment for my hubby turned out short and sweet. Usually he sits and waits and than sits some more. He had to get a new dr. recently because of some changes his old dr. made and our insurance doesn't support that (they went to a club thing of some sort). Anyway, the new dr. seems organized and personable… and to my delight his first order of business is to find my hubby a new cancer dr. THAT is music to my ears and maybe we can stop this thing in its tracks once again.
So while I was waiting for hubby I was knitting some, than I walked tracks around the parking lot and ended up with a 20 minute additional workout. Hubby wanted to take me out for breakfast but neither of us was feeling too hungry so we skipped the whole thing and went home instead. Home sweat Home. Hubby went napping and I am gonna read some and than quilt. I got a new project and just started the first few motives on it. Hand-quilting baby, hand-quilting... nothing relaxes more.
