Bat wings and leg flab are not too bad for losing 230 pounds!
I admit thatI had to get the apron removed from my bellybutton to groin. 3 hernias and a piece of my colon were trapped in there. Insurance paid for it, being medically necessary and all. I’m not complaining, but it was THE roughest surgery I ever had.
How to KEEP YOUR SKIN TIGHTER during weight loss is a question I often get. Start with these simple and natural steps:
1) Drink water- lots of water
2) Eat or drink as much lean protein as you can
3) Exfoliate your skin often
4) Moisturize often
5) Exercise with resistance
These things really help. If you can’t do them all, do some. Something is always better than nothing!
