Vacation

We had a nice vacation in Michigan. It is really beautiful up there. We drove over the Mighty Mac bridge. It is hard for me to believe that just a few years ago Rolland & I walked that bridge on several Labor Days. This year I did lots of walking on the island. I would walk & then sit. It was a good time with my oldest great granddaughter & my daughter. We took a carriage ride around the island. The guides knew so much about the island history & that was interesting. There were fudge shops all over the place. We sampled & I had to buy some. I gave some to my sister who took care of my dog while I was gone. I also took some to the nursing home. That sure brought a smile to lots of lonely faces.
