Laughter, I found it

At my last Laughter Yoga class, the teacher had a copy of TIME Special Edition 'The Science of Laughter'. I have been looking for it which I just found today and she said they had one on Smiling which I haven't found. While looking I did find and buy one on Happiness. Hope to be able to read them soon.
Laughter Yoga really isn't poses on a mat but you do some guided breathing. Mostly you clap your hands, smile and laugh. Fake it until you can't seem to help but really laugh. also dance and sing and touch each other like holding or shaking hands. It is healing body and mind and relaxing the stress away.
