for about the last 3 weeks I have only weighed once a week on Monday. before i'd weigh maybe 3 or 4 times during the week to see how I was doing. if I was doing well then I could cheat a little and if I was doing bad then what difference did it make if I ate a little comfort food. knowing all this it still is hard every time I see the scale not to want to check on how i'm doing. the scale is in my bathroom so I see it several times every day. I could try putting it out of sight but then I might forget to weigh on Monday plus don't really have a good place where I feel it would be safe (remember I feel like need to rent storage space to get rid of clutter). so i'll see if it gets any easier with time as new habits are suppose to.
