SMART fall goals

It's time to set some goals for myself for the next 10 weeks.
1. Lose 20 pounds during the 10 weeks.
2. Track my meals Monday - Thursday
3. Workout (at least 10 mins/day) Mon-Fri
4. Drink 8 cups of water 4 days a week
I know if I can stick to this then I will be on track with that 20 pounds gone. Here's to a great fall of losing that weight for good!
