That date is very important to me. I lost 60lbs as of then. I was about 5lbs from goal. Then things got crazy and I made stupid mistakes. I am now 30lbs heavier and 6 yrs older. I am really struggling with balance.

I want to be my old self. Full of energy and not breathing heavily after a 30 minute workout. I want to be a better example to my kids.

I want to treat my body better and enjoy life. I have kids and we have candy, cake, and stuff in the house. I am going back to my old healthy ways. MODERATION

Off to end my day with coffee and no more food today. My fat intake is high because of dinner(i had to look my journal over) and I am okay with because I will do better tomorrow.
