These are my goals for Oct
I'm just AWFUL about eating veggies, and I'm DETERMINED Finally to do this!!
As of last Friday I've made it a goal to walk at least 6,000 steps.
Today I did
Here's the break down:
Thurs 7,852
Fri. 5,617
Sat. 13,168 (Woohoo!)
Sun. 3,664 (was in pain, neck)
Mon. 6,927
Tues. 6,000 plus forgot my phone which has 5,182
Weds. 6,336
Thurs. 6,093
I weighed in on Saturday on the 5% Challenge with the Spirited Under Dawg team at 161.8 up from my end on the Summer 5% of 158.6. During the break of 5 weeks went CRAZY!! Gained 3.2 lbs, but I did so just cause I wanted to. It's NOT race to me, but rather a journey in which I'm enjoying!!!! For Oct d like to end at
