Went on vacation to Colorado......

The vacation was awesome!! So was throwing caution to the wind!!! Sigh. I gained back 6 pounds back about 2 weeks ago and am having a hard time to get motivated again. This time of year is soooo dangerous for me. I read some other Sparkers will try to maintain thru the holidays and others just push thru and keep going. I don't plan on being a "hibernator" again. It's the word that I used to use to just get thru the winter and then come Spring it's "on" again. So here's my plan: Tomorrow morning is the brutal truth..getting on the scale. Recording my weight, drinking my peanut butter smoothie and then hitting the gym to workout in the pool. 30 minutes with water weights and various water aerobics moves. Then swim 1/2 mile. Run some errands and then Lunch will be soup and a sandwich. Getting the hairs done in the afternoon and then for dinner chicken, big hearty salad and rice. Get some work done in my office and then to bed early. Going to make this work!!! emoticon

    I am glad you enjoyed your vacation. Don't look back to what you should have done or what you have gained. Just look at the good time and move forward getting back to your healthy eating lifestyle and exercising.

    Hope you had a good time in Colorado did you take pictures is yes maybe a vision board showing the fun you had on the trip that helps me . your meals sound great. emoticon
