Have a hard time getting going with your exercise routine? Here's a trick I use with myself:
I tell myself that all I have to do is get through the warm-up. If I make it all the way through and still don't feel like exercising, I can quit.
Just pack 'er up and go on with my day.
I've only taken myself up on this offer once, and it turned out that I was getting sick.
The thing is, once I start moving, it doesn't seem so hard or negative anymore. I'm actually in the mood to keep going, or at least can't think of a good enough reason to quit.
So next time you are debating with yourself about whether to get it in gear and exercise or not, try this trick and see how it goes.
