I’ve been on track now for about a month. I’ve lost 15 lbs. why aren’t I thrilled? You know what I am? Worried it won’t last. I’ve been up this road so many times. I need to work on self confidence.

    You're not alone. I sometimes feel this way too. Try to take it one day at a time and stay positive. Fifteen pounds is no small accomplishment so allow yourself to celebrate your success.

    revive it with self doubt. ... Whatever you have been doing to stay active and lose weight must
    be working, so give those negative thoughts the 'cold shoulder' ..... emoticon
