This time of year is soooooooo hard for me!!!!

How do you get through this time of year and not gain????? OMGosh, I am having such a hard time turning down the goodies,pop and carbs!!! I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks, which I am going today. I haven't tracked, which I actually don't give myself time do it. So the excuses pile up! I am pre menopausal and my goodness it is so freakin hard to get this weight off!!!! Yes I am ranting but for my benefit. Or is it? I am just frustrated and mad at myself for not sticking to the program and making ME a priority. My husband lost his job but luckily found another one, str😒essor. Another stressor is the holidays coming and getting ready for that. And all the temptations that come with it, another stressor! In the past I would just throw my hands up and say whatever happens happens. I am not doing that again. That's probably why I am freaking out. I know what to do, but why is it so hard to stick to it? Is it because we have been programmed to indulge? eat and eat and eat? Why? Ok. Deep breath...I am refocusing again. My goal is to TRACK EVERY DAY THIS WEEK! Every bite is getting recorded. My goal is to make it to the pool THREE times this week!!!! I am going to do this THIS WEEK and really focus on me. I tend to focus all my energy into family, friends, house,etc. NO MORE!!!
