Goals that I met
calorie range 1200-1500----today's 1322
I exceeded my steps to me surprise which I didn't plan on doing
exercise minute range 60---- today's 65
I ate a piece of fruit for breakfast ( should of had something else with that but at least i ate that because i didn't feel like eating anything at all.
one of my biggest struggles is with sweets and bread but i didn't eat either one of those things at all.
