SNOW MORE EXCUSES, Week 1

SNOW MORE EXCUSES!
That's the winter challenge theme. I am lacing up the snow boots and stepping up to my personal goal: to lose 5 pounds during the winter challenge. Here are my action steps:
1. Exercise 5 days a week
2. Increase steps
3. Eat at least 5 freggies each day
4. Earn 500 sparkpoints a week
I'm wrapping up week 1 and am pleased with my progress so far. I hope to keep the momentum going throughout the challenge. Here's how I did.
Days of exercise: 4
This week's steps: 26,000
Days of eating 5+ freggies: 7
Sparkpoints this week: 556+
The scales registered a 0.8 lb decrease.
This week's fitness challenge was to complete help Santa Fill His Sleigh by completing 7 exercise tasks.
The nutrition challenge was to set a personal nutrition goal. I chose to drink 8+ glasses of water a day.
For our Panther challenge, we got to know our teammates by completing a scavenger hunt based on their questionnaires.
It's been a good week. I'm looking forward to completing more challenges in week 2!
