Last weigh-in of the year

Oh my, I couldn't believe it especially after my overeating Christmas Eve and totally stuffing self on Christmas day. I lost weight and not just a little but 2.4 #. I think sometimes when you really overeat and have a big gain fast it comes back off faster if you eat and exercise right. That would have made me happy to just be the same as last Monday. I can't even express how good I feel about losing more than a pound a week through Dec. with today being icing on the cake. So next year if I can lose a pound a week that would be 52 # and if a half a pound it would be 26 #. As long as I continue to lose I will be happy and that is a done deal because I will NEVER QUIT.

    What a splendid way to begin the new year. I've read over and over that we need to eat more in order to lose. It's just a matter of eating the right things so our bodies don't go into starvation mode.
