New weight goal?

At the beginning of my weight loss I had set a goal for my weight to be right in the middle of my normal BMI, that being 122 pounds. The journey began in June 2018. Weight loss was steady and consistent, although there was a plateau for about a month in December. I have found that the last few weeks my weight wants to be around 124. I have bounced up and down and have gotten as low as 122.6, but the scale bounces right back up again. Which brings about the question.....should 124 be the new weight goal? I feel healthy and look good, so why not? Has anyone had this happen to them? Did you stop and start maintenance, or do the final few pounds eventually come off? I feel like I haven't met my personal goal, but 2 pounds honestly is not make it or break it.
