oh happy day

Well, it is Monday again and that is my weigh-in day. Today I did a little happy dance when I lost 3.2 #. That puts me below 260, Wow, it has been a while since I saw that number. So for Feb. I have lost 2,6 because I started with a big gain at the beginning of Feb, That is still close to a pound a week. I hope to keep it up this year but If not then happy to lose any amount. This time is different. I will not quit and once at goal, I will keep it off. It isn't easy as I still want all the old foods and can still over eat so easily which is why it is mostly one or two steps back before going on forward. After over 60 years of eating too much, I'm not sure that I will ever completely change my way of eating. I hope that I will over time. Exercise is a key that I never completely embraced before but I feel that the water fit is doing my body good so hope to continue. I had a 28 day exercise streak going before I missed a day so trying again and currently have 9 days going. We can do this. Each in their own way.
