Upping my game

I've started walking and counting steps 10 days ago. And even though I do not carry my phone with me all the time and mostly only count steps when I walk deliberately, I have DOUBLED the amount of steps I take in a day. It is a victory in itself.
I have also done some weight training twice this week. It is really very little, but it is way more than I was capable of a couple of months ago. Even one month ago.
The weight is coming of slower now that I'm doing more - don't know why- but I'm sure I'm gaining strength and losing centimeters.
Hoping to have a good weekend. I need some R&R :)
