my poor legs.

Saturday, March 02, 2019

Friday I did Senior Boot Camp class and was a little sore but not much. Today when I woke I could tell I was sore mostly my inner thighs but also some my upper arms. I had a lot of trouble sitting down and a little getting back up. It isn't bad once I'm sitting down and only a little hard when walking. Hurt to walk down stairs so glad I have only had a few. I went to my water fit class and I could feel it some with a few of the exercises but overall the water made it feel better. We had no instructor today but one of the students took the position and it went well. I haven't taken any pain meds because I plan to give blood tomorrow but I will after that if still hurting. I'm still planning to go to Monday's class and just hope I am not as sore Tuesday as I am today. Today I plan to mostly stay seated since that hurts the least.

Have a great day everyone!

Keep at it. Hard to believe now but in another month or two you'll have to up the ante 'cos what you're doing will have become much easier. emoticon

The soreness will go. It usually takes me 48 hours, but keep doing it and you will really notice a positive difference in how you feel!

Sounds like a great workout. Nice that the student took over as instructor.
