179.4 and a great workout

Inching closer to my first goal of 179.0 or below for 1 week.
Did a fabulous workout 🏋️♀️ today called 1 minute more. Was 42 min broken into 1 min goals. I only had to modify a few minutes
Water 💧 goal achieved
Off soda since March 5
Bai tea seems too sweet now. It has stevia
Really been cutting back huge on sweet
No potatoes for almost 2 weeks. Gets easier! My emotional eating foods were or are raw cookie dough and hashbrowns w maple syrup. I’m pretty sure I still love those things.
Continuous workout since December 1 for 5 days a week. Peak weight 189.
Change is slow.
Thanks to my best accountability partner Claudia. She is tough and supportive.
