I only have photos from the first third of the class of spinning textured batts. This is fiber that has smooth wool with other stuff mixed in. The first spinning was what was called a tweed batt.
It was, in my case, several different green wools and then threads and other bits were added. We tried spinning several ways. As fine a yarn as we could in two different techniques and then a slightly larger yarn. Then I played and spun a bunch to get the large yarn at the top of the photo.
I have a lot to learn because I have not worked with textured batts much before. I will try to get photos of our other two batts to spin.
