..getting to sleep in if you can't fall asleep.

I was up yesterday at 4:30AM.
It is 2:00AM now. I hope i doze off before its a full 24 hours of being awake. Worst part is I'm getting frustrated and cranky. I've done everyright.. put technology away, dark, cool, quiet, cozy... and I'm tossing and turning.
