Star Off Strong with a good foundation of dark leafy greens (I like) Spring Mix , Kale, or Spinach. Adding protein of tuna, eggs, chicken, or tofu makes it a meal, Healthy toppers like olives, avocado, or chick peas taste grate and are good for you. Add your favorite cheese. Grill your veggies like; bell peppers, asparagus, or eggplant. Dress it up with red wine vinegar, lemon juice, or olive oil.
