Most responses were daily exercise. At one time I was doing some every day and had a streak of about 27 days but then I started back sliding and haven't been doing much on my non Water Fit days so that is 3 days plus I usually go to pool and walk on Sunday but missed doing that yesterday. I gained a big amount when weighed today. Back on plan today. Hope since gained so much in one week that I can lose it quick but I know that it usually doesn't work that way.
Do you drive? If so, what kind of car do you have and do you like it?
I do and have Toyota's which I do like. 2011 Camry which my older son drives and a 2018 Corolla which I drive.
