Active Rest Day

Good morning! It is an active rest day for me but that doesn't mean I won't be in the gym! My workout for today will consist of a mile on the treadmill, followed by 100 air squats, 100 sumo squats, 100 star point lunges, 100 leg lifts and 100 side leg lifts, followed by push-ups til failure and then 3 ab/core workouts followed by another mile on the treadmill.
After that, it will be a little housework and then fixing up my daughter's 23rd birthday dinner!!
