Week 11 May 15th 219

So here I am in week 11th of my new journey.I have been exercising and tracking my food. The 5% spring challenge is really helping me. It keeps me moving for my team and myself.
I am down 11 pounds since March 4th 2019. So 1 lbs a week. I am so happy with my progress. My first goal is to get to 125 lbs and I am almost there at 127.5 and 2.5 weeks of the 5% challenge to go I am really on a great pace.
The weather is finally getting nice outside so I am able to go for bike rides with the children and evening walks with my husband.
Here's to loosing a little more and maintaining it.
