Enjoying my hot cup of coffee today. emoticon
It rained all morning, the kind of rain that brings freshness and peace.
I look forward to a nice cup of hot coffee each day to be my breakfast as I practice Intermittent Fasting.
I seem to have been practicing Intermittent Fasting even before I knew what it was.
I usually was not hungry for breakfast and recently have discovered that this can be a normal thing for many people. I used to force myself to eat breakfast as it was recommended by many weight loss regimes. Now I am going with the flow of my body and it seems to be working with aiding in weight loss.
Having lost 11 lbs already, I have reset my goals for the next segment of weight loss.
This is where my hot cup of coffee comes in.
It actually is a like a treat for me as I do have some cream and sugar in it,
almost like a chocolate cake!! emoticon
Thus looking forward to my piece of cake every morning!

    I too stopped eating "breakfast" - I am not hungry first thing in the morning and eating anyway because we are told we must is counter-productive. Although technically "they" are correct about it being the most important meal of the day - we just have to remember that "breakfast" is the meal in which we break our fast, NOT specifically the meal we eat in the morning between specific hours.
