Day 74 - Better exercising today

100 minutes, 10000+ steps. I am light jogging in good shoes. Jogging gingerly is a description I use as it keeps any foot strain at bay. I hope that I will build up more endurance in my feet to allow faster and longer strides. But for now, I am taking it easy. This approach has helped my feet a lot.

Two years ago, I severely sprained my left foot falling off a large step and bending my right knee in a way it's not suppose to bend. It probably was a fracture since I was off my feet for a about a month. My knee also seems to be doing better, so I feel fortunate!

Going easy is the best route!
