Day 75 - 5 Miracle Miles and 100 minutes of exercise!

What a day! I did Leslie Sansones 5 Miracle Miles, and jogged afterwards for 100 minutes of exercise. Afterwards, I did two 1 minute planks, and about 20 minutes of stretching.
The stretching is a big deal because I kept putting it off. Boy I am not flexible! But it felt great afterwards!
