New start! AGAIN! Trying Keto now!

Slimming World & Weight Watchers have been so difficult for me over the past 10 years or so as I've struggled to eat low fat & have been yo-yoing whilst slowly actually gaining weight! I've decided that the way to go could well be eating the fats I enjoy & cutting out the carbs. So I'm now on my 2nd day of Keto. There is so much more flavour in this way of eating! It feels wrong at first but I will stick with it as I know too many people who have succeeded to shed their unwanted lbs by this method. Time to go make my morning coffee with CREAM!! emoticon
