I Ain't Beatin' Myself Up Over It, and I Ain't Wastin' Time With It

Hey ya'll. I posted something yesterday too... but it ain't on my feed here. It's somewhere else. It's in the community feed, best I can figure. I posted it like I did before. But it went somewhere else. I've already spent too much time on it... so I'll just move on.
My trip back to the 5k is going well. I'm listening to and following the exact same plan I did about 6 years ago. I didn't remember it moving quite this slow. I'm sure by the time I get to the 45 minute runs, I'll be settled in. The plan after that is to try to do another half marathon. The biggest thing I've changed is that I'm running on the treadmill between 4 and 5 am, rather than the pot holed street. As it gets nearer, I'll do some outside runs just to get used to it. In other words I want to stay injury free.
You know where my problem is? Food. That's it...and I know it. I don't track it as well as I should. Since the testing is behind me, I won't have to study as much. I'm hoping it will give me the time to track again. It goes back to the old saying 'People become what you expect, and do what you inspect." And that includes yourself (MYself).
All my workouts are great, all my food is healthy, and all my friends are awesome.
