THE STEPS ARE GOOD AGAIN TODAY

I made 12,133 steps (which includes piano practice, housework, etc.) but I really feel good that I have been pretty consistent this week. I didn't sleep well last night so was really dragging but I put out the effort needed to make my steps.
Miss my Shooting Stars group.
It won't be long until we are back on the go again. I think that will help me get myself energized.
Bed time (actually a half hour past) so I am going to head for bed. Everyone sleep well and expect to have a great Friday.
