Vacation ....Cheating Adventure or ????

I am heading out for a 3-4 day mini trip with my good friend! We have been planning it for months! We are going to a quilt show and the lavender festival in Sequim, Washington. We have our whole agenda planned. We have how we are going to pack the car figured out. We know who is paying for what----AND
We have our food planned out! We are eating the good stuff, but all healthy food. We have one "Cheat" meal planned. We are going out to our favorite restaurant!
I know this is going to be a huge temptation to say-Well, I am on vacation.....BUT, just like 4th of July, I want to be able to say I didn't gain weight-I don't feel bloated.
I don't want the guilt !
I don't want the bloat!
I don't want to have to see the scale go up!
I don't want to fail !
But I WANT TO:
Enjoy every bite of my healthy food-and Summer has so many healthy choices!
I want my trip to be the focus of my fun-NOT what I will eat next!
I want to stay hydrated-Icy cold water with lemon and plenty of ice!
Spend my money on trinket that I can bring home to remember this special time with my friend! (Expensive junk food.....not ! NOT! NOT!)
"How was your trip?" It was so much fun! (Not, oh I ate way to much junk!)
Well-I posted it......that is some accountability-right? So I want to be able to post about my victories!
PS......I have one other small cheat planned
BUT it is planned-not just impulse eating!
I so enjoy going away for a few days......and I know I will enjoy it EVEN more if I come home with a suitcase of victories!
