Went for a walk this evening and my knee bothered me some so hope it is ok tomorrow. It feels ok now. I walked a mile in 30 minutes. If all is ok then I hope to go back to walking some on the days I don't have water fit. My walk was to the subdivision pool and back. Didn't look like there was but maybe one person in the pool. What a waste. I'm not sure what if anything was wrong with the old pool but they did some work and then they got a subdivision swim team so you can't use it when they practice or have the meets here. My older son was on the team one year which was the summer when we first started pre-placement meetings with my younger son. I really didn't like the coach nor the whole swim team competition. We haven't used the subdivision pool for several years now and in fact neither boy seems to like swimming any longer. I can float, tread water and dog paddle but never really learned to swim. My older son was a good swimmer before I adopted him but my younger son couldn't swim so I got him lessons. He was never a great swimmer but did good enough to pass the YMCA test to let him go in deep water. He also passed the Boy Scout test when he was going camping.
Been listening to some Beatle music this evening. Went off plan some today but hope it won't make a big difference this week if I just double down the rest of the week. Has been a little bit of a bumpy Hump Day. Just me being upset when I really shouldn't have been. Tomorrow is a new day.

    Love swimming. When growing up, my sibs and I joined the swim team cuz that was the only way we could use the pool the most.

    I love to swim, not great but I can float on belly & on back as well as some strokes.You're lucky you have a pool nearby! I'd be in it ever chance I got even if just to cool off ! Water exercise is also good, like walking from one side to the other
