New picture today and that of course means I made it to another 10 # loss. I made what I visualized and official loss of 1.4 # for the week. A total of 61 lost in 64 total weeks and of that 32.6 lost in 2019 (31 weeks). I choose as my goal 175 so that is half way to goal (61 lost and 59 to go). I am really thinking that I want to get down to 170 and then maintain between 170-175. That is still Overweight per BMI table but I think that will be good for me and a can do weight. I weighed between 140-150 when in my teens and would need to get down to about 155 to be in the "normal" range which I am not sure is doable at this time in my life. I am planning to be at goal in 2020 so will see how that goes. One step at a time.
I finally booked rooms for our Kemah, TX trip for older son's 20th birthday. I ended up getting 3 king size rooms for the 5 of us. That gives me a room and each pair of boys a room. It was cheaper to get 3 king rooms than to get 2 queen rooms by a little bit. I know that my younger son will be a lot happier not to share a room with his brother and vise-versa. I happy to have that done and as it only showed 4 rooms total for the lower price and I needed 3 it was kind of now or never to do the king size rooms.
I want to exercise today and get a new streak started. I'm thinking just 30 minute walk like last night but could always stretch it out longer. I usually don't start until about 7:30 so the sun is down but still very light until 8:30 or so. This seems the best time for me to walk while it is so hot. Some day I might go to the water fit class on Mon. and/or Wed. but one issue right now is I feel I need to fit better into my other 2 swimsuits so can alternate. I have been wearing my backless 2X suit on Sunday when nobody much is there to see how so much of me pouches up at waist and arm/shoulder area. The size 20 is still a little tighter but might start checking it every few pounds to see when it seems ok to me. It is close to fitting.
