My August Goals:
- Declutter something once a week
-Daily Devotional
-Spark Daily and track nutrition 5 days a week
- Intermittent Fasting/ Low Carbs
- Water 1st and Veggies Most
-Close all 3 Rings on Apple Watch (move, exercise and stand goals)
- Get in 250,000 steps this month
-Journal and Read Daily
- Mediate and breathe before bed
- Numbers on the scale decrease this month
