A loss is a loss and I celebrate a loss no matter how small. Official weigh-in this morning shows a 0.4 loss for this week. I'm happy as was looking like I might have a gain through most of the week. I weigh on Monday and then Monday is my free day when I eat what I want and as much as I want (but try not to feel over full) so that on Tue. I'm usually 4 or 5 pounds heavier than I was on Monday. Usually about 3-4 comes off quickly and then slowly I inch my way down for the next official weigh-in. So far this has worked for me. I put off until Monday any cravings I have the rest of the week but usually don't want half of it by Monday. Recently I had increased my exercise but didn't do as much this past week which might be why I had a small loss. I am getting back to exercise every day and back on a streak since Sat. Today I went to the gym and I used bike for 30 minutes and then walked on treadmill for 10.
I asked my younger son if he wanted to go with me to the gym at all. He said once school starts that he would. I am hoping that we can maybe go Mon and Wed evening so that I can do the water fit class on those days. I think class starts at 6. Only 2 weeks until school starts and 3 weeks until older son leaves for boot camp. That is if he passes physical this Thursday. It would be awful if after all his work, he didn't pass. I'm a little worried about his hearing as he has a 10% hearing loss in his right ear. Prayers welcome.
