Eating Out

When I'm trying to eat my plan, the inevitable times when I need to eat outside my home (and control) usually stress me. This time, however, I am focusing on eating with less sugar and fat, more fruits and vegetables, and portion control. It may take a little bit longer to reach my goal, but I'm more likely to actually make it.

    Good plan. Keep doing what you are doing since it works for you. I used to get stressed when eating out and trying to stay on plan until I began viewing restaurant menus online before going. I can see ingredients, sides, nutrition, etc and make better choice
