Great Weigh In

Well, my weigh in today was good. I've now lost a total of 16 lbs since 6 weeks ago. I"m not on a specific diet. Just cutting back. And cutting out sugar and bread. I was lecture by a woman who weighs about 400 lbs yesterday about what to eat to be healthy. I'm thinking, you're been this big for 20 years, yet you're telling me I must eat differently to be healthy?? But I didn't say that, I thanked her for the advise. In reality, I've done that, I know how to eat healthy just haven't done it.
One problem, I can't find how to track my weight now. I've done it in the past but can't get to that area for some reason...
