Productive Sunday

Yes, it was a productive Sunday. Perhaps not quite up to my original expectations, but better than yesterday. Was able to get some mending and altering done, that's a big checkmark off the to-do list. Two mile walk with the dog and not only did the menu planning but managed to grocery shop as well. And the best part, I even remembered to get some (that's a VERY relative term) strength work in. I would be discouraged that my exercise was pretty modest, but I know consistency is most important for me!

Glorious mild weather here. My oldest is in Houston and their recent tropical storm did end up coming through the roof, but he caught things before they got too bad. My youngest continues to study for his national PA exams scheduled for early October.

That catches me up. Hubby is hoping to head out next weekend for a motorcycle road trip to the NW, but work has been stressful and he's got design deadlines looming so we'll see. Hope it was a quiet, productive, and perhaps creative weekend for all!
