What Did I Learn Today?

Today, I tracked my food. I successfully stayed within the calorie range, but was sorely lacking when it came to getting enough fiber, potassium, etc. So, my next step will be to fine tune my eating, to include the things I need. I did take a multivitamin, to help. Something I noticed, which surprised me...my chewy gummy vitamin did not have potassium, magnesium or calcium!
What's up with that? These vitamins used to have a little bit of everything! Hmmm...have to tweak the vitamin system too, I see.
I didn't drink my water, didn't do any exercise, either...just not used to it. Tomorrow, I will make a concerted effort to check off water and exercise.
Things have changed a bit. There used to be a button or something with little check boxes /pics of water, food, etc., because in the past, I remember checking off a box when I finished my water or fruits and vegetables. Maybe I'm just overlooking it, that's all. I'll keep looking. Perhaps it was a tracker?
I am happy about tracking my food, today, though. It's a start! Yippees! Was saddened at the fact that all my "favorites" were gone....(POOF!). Oh well, at least many others had the same foods listed, so I can recopy.
