This week's goals

I'm going for 12.5 pounds this challenge. That would be a true 5% challenge for me. If I can do that then I'll be knocking really loudly on the door of 100 pounds lost since joining Spark People.

Pele has committed to blogging everyday for the 5% challenge. Not sure I can keep up with that, but decided to at least set down my goals for this week.

They are:

lose 3 lbs (aggressive? yes. Doable? maybe.)
fiber ( 20-25 grams a day)
sodium (under 2400 a day)
eat slowly
eat to 80% of what I think is full for me
include smart carbs in as many meals as possible
minimum of 60 minutes of exercise each day
and of course, a minimum of 64 oz of water a day (5% challenge goal!)

Alright 5% challengers, let's get after those personal goals!
