Day 6: Popping exercise into the pockets of my day

Well, chugging along. My eating window is closed. I haven't been consistent with calorie logging so far, but that can be my next hurdle. Right now, it's no junk, stay within eating window.
It's funny how when you set small goals for yourself, and you achieve them, you start to feel better. As a result, you then start to add even more without realizing you're doing it. Of course, racking up minutes for the 5% Challenge helps too, because you want to try to contribute as much as you can to your team.
I woke up for the gym this morning, but when I woke up my neck hurt so I laid back down. Throughout the day, I walked at work, on my breaks, and then while my daughter was at dance class. In total, I racked up 78 minutes of walking, which isn't too bad. The motivation to move was both due to a more positive outlook, and my accountability to the challenge. I'm thankful for both.
