So I can honestly say I love soda, I can drink them or did drink them up until June. In June I had a tooth pulled and was told no soda for 48 hours...so I dis not drink any for 3 days. Then the headache startes so I drank 1. I drank 1 a day for a few weeks, then said no, I dont want to drink these again.
I put myself on a diet watching carbs and sugar. I decided I needed an app, and everyone suggested sp. So here I am.
I log my food, water, exercise.
I have anxiety, and depression, and sometimes they win...but I am learning that I am stronger.
