It's A Start!

Well, I have done really well with tracking my food for one week. I'm really proud of myself.
I figure it's a good start and a step in the right direction!
Next week, I will incorporate exercise, since I didn't do so great with that one. I'm checking out some videos on sitting /chair exercises. That should get me going with a low impact workout.
Little by little, I'll get there. So thankful for all of the inspiring stories I'm reading on SparkPeople. You all rock!
The best is yet to be!
