Vision Question #2- physically fit

Friday, October 11, 2019

Physically fit and energetic, what might you do that you won’t do or are hesitant to do today?

I’m 100 lbs overweight but tend to be active, energetic etc. I get really nervous when opting into exercises that require special equipment such as ski equipment, hiking clothes, wetsuits etc. Then there is flying into remote areas on small planes, or getting there via horseback.

I don’t want any limitations to my travel or activity choices because of weight. Maybe I don’t have the time or the money, but being overweight is just a lame excuse and it needs to be eliminated! A.S.A.P.

The neat thing about Sparkpeople is that you can see success here everyday. It is possible! I appreciate all of you and want to post my own dramatic before and after photos sooner vs. later!

I am still hesitant to do many of the things that you mentioned. emoticon many here do not place those limits, we should just get out there and live and I bet lose weight doing all those fun activities. Look forward to your photos.

I know when I was at my heaviest that I was hesitant to do things like kayaking and horseback riding, because of my weight and agility issues. Losing the weight made me better able to do the things I enjoy and new things as well
