Setting Small Goals

So I have decided to set myself a small goal or set of goals. I want to do this instead of focusing on the bigger picture of obtaining a health weight, which can be daunting. So my first goal is to lose 10% of my current weight. So I currently weight 241 lb.

1st goal weight is: 216.9 lb.
2nd goal weight is: 195.2 lb.
3rd goal weight is: 175.7 lb.
4th goal weight is: 158.2 lb.
5th goal weight is: 142.4 lb.
