My goals for this week:
Make good food choices
Track my food on SP
Drink at least 64 oz of water
Stay active by walking every morning at least 5,000 steps or close to it.
Strength train 3 days this week after walking
Walk inside during tv time
My step goal on Fitbit is 12,000 or more daily
