Re-focus and re-evaluate goals! No more excuses!

I can't remember the last time I was below 300 pounds. I know it had to be in high school. I recently hit that big milestone and it felt amazing. I felt like I accomplished so much and this sense of relief came over me because I think I had myself convinced I'd never really be able to lose weight.

Now, I'm still excited about it and still under 300 but I've been spending the last couple of months losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. I need to re-focus and commit 100% to doing the things I know bring success.

I know writing it down is the first step to a good plan so figured I'd use it as inspiration for a blog and share with y'all.

CURRENT GOALS ( through new year)
* 8 hours sleep minimum each night
* yoga 3 times a week
* gym (45 minutes cardio and 15 minutes ST) 4x a week
* less than 40 g carbs daily
* aim for 1500 calories daily (this means I need to actually track it)
* no soda (not even diet soda) continue increasing WATER!

If anyone else needs a jumpstart, take some time today to write out a plan and then share a blog to let us know what you are focused on right now. My mantra for the next 3 months is NO MORE EXCUSES!!

Just throwing this in here because I've noticed that with the weight loss I have more confidence to wear dresses. This is new to me. I normally just want to be in blue jeans! But, it feels good to be more comfortable in a dress. This is me with my husband at a wedding a few weeks ago.
