Today after water fit class I asked the teacher if she remembered when she use to tell us 'every movement counts' and she said yes and I told her I think that all the time. She seemed pleased. Yes every movement does count. I recently read a blog that Beth Donovan (~INDYGIRL) wrote talking about Exercise Snacks. The more we move the better. More calories burned and more exercise makes us healthier. I'm enjoying walking a few more steps by parking farther away. I need to do more but compared to how I was a year ago, I'm doing a lot more.

    Keep up the activity! It's awesome you have made progress and are starting to enjoy more exercise. I always heard people say you can get addicted to exercise and I just rolled my eyes but I actually miss it when I spend too much time away from the gym or don't get my evening walks around the neighborhood in. It's amazing how quickly your body can adapt and become stronger if you are consistent. Even the small things make great impact when done consistently over time. You are awesome!!!

    It all adds up!! Speaking of Beth, are you going to join her Buddy email support group? I signed on. There will be many to start, but sometimes they kind of fade away.
